  Arrivals at the hotel are between 15:00 and 21:00.
            This rate includes breakfast and unlimited WiFi access in the entire hotel.
            Breakfast is a package rate and cannot be cancelled separately.
            For late arrivals (after 21:00), it is mandatory to contact the hotel by phone on the day of arrival, otherwise the hotel will not be able to accommodate you, 
            Otherwise, the hotel, if it has not been able to set up a specific procedure for late arrival 
            If the hotel has not been able to arrange a late arrival procedure, the reservation may be considered as cancelled for no-show and the cancellation policy may be applied. 
            The hotel will be entitled to re-let the room.
            On the day of departure from the hotel, the room must be vacated by 12 noon.
            If you intend to bring an animal with you during your stay at the hotel 
            it is imperative that you ask the hotel reception beforehand, who will inform you of the conditions of acceptance. 
            In the absence of acceptance received and confirmed by the hotel, the reservation may be considered as cancelled and the cancellation conditions will apply. 
            In any case, only one animal will be accepted in the room.
            We reserve the right to rent our rooms for a minimum of 2 to 7 nights depending on the period.
